When my husband and I divorced, I decided to move back to my hometown of Regina. I didn’t want to go through the hassle and expense of buying a home while I was still figuring my life out, so I decided to look for condos regina. Condos are nice because they are a lot easier to maintain than a traditional home; the lawn and landscape is maintained on your behalf, and all utilities are usually included in the lease payment. Another reason I wanted a condo was because I could lease it for an extended period of time, but it didn’t have to be permanent. I found a lot of condos when I went online to look at Regina real estate, and I finally settled on one that was in the heart of town and near shopping. Moving back has been hard, but I appreciate the freedom the leasing a condo has afforded me.
