I did not understand why my hair has not been as soft and silky as it used to be since I moved into my new house. I never would have thought that it could be caused by the water that I shower in. I learned that it could be the water when I found this website that sells shower filter, shower filters. I found out that the chlorine that is used in city water can cause the hair to dry out as well as cause breathing problems when you breathe them in. I knew that it was time for me to do something about it. I looked through the different filters that they have on this site and was able to find a couple for the different bathrooms in the house. They were on sale so it did not cost me as much as it could have to get them installed. I even ordered a few replacement cartridges to keep for when they need to be replaced.

When the doctor walked into my patient’s room and handed me the dreaded diabetic diet I knew at that instant my life was changed. See, I was not the normal person that realizes they have a problem and they go to fix it. Nope, I knew years in advance that I had a problem with my sugars, but I wanted to be in control and denial at the same time. So I did nothing. Except go to the ER when my levels sky rocketed or eat some sugar when it plummeted. When I turned 35 years old I realized I was being stupid and sought out a good doctor who was recommended by my insurance and I made an appointment to see him. My A1C level was over 9 and he took me by the hands and told me he will walk me through this diabetic diet and see to it that I get healthy.
